Terms and Conditions – Desperado Boat Trips
By booking a boat trip with Desperado Boat Trips, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Prices and Payment:
● All prices are stated in US Dollars. If you wish to pay in euros, we will apply the current
exchange rate.
● Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted with a small processing fee.
● Credit card information is required for all bookings. No charges will be made until after
the trip. This is solely to secure your reservation.
● Cash and bank transfers are also possible.
Cancellation Policy:
● Cancellations must be sent to and confirmed by info@Desperadoboattrips.com
● For cancellations within 48 hours before departure, a guest is charged 20%.
● Cancellation within 24 hours before departure or a no-show results in the guest being
charged the full amount.
● Any last-minute bookings confirmed but not paid yet are subject to the same cancellation
rules.
● No-shows are not eligible for refund
Safety and Participation:
● Desperado Boat Trips is not liable for personal injuries, losses, damages, or accidents
during the boat trip. Participants are responsible for their own safety.
Board at your own risk!
● Participants must follow crew and captain instructions throughout the trip.
Non-compliance may lead to termination without a refund.
● Participants should be in good health and physically capable of participating. Those with
medical concerns should consult a healthcare provider before booking.
Trip Changes and Cancellations:
● In the case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances endangering safety,
Desperado Boat Trips reserves the right to cancel or reschedule.
Participants will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be provided.
● Participant cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellations made at least
48 hours before the scheduled trip incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24
hours are non-refundable.
